Materials & Methods

PACAYA places great importance on the integrity of materials. All paintings are made without synthetic substances and created on sustainable surfaces such as paper, wood, or fabric.
No acrylics or synthetic binders are used – instead, PACAYA works exclusively with mineral, plant-based, and vegan pigments. Gouache is bound with natural acacia gum, oils are blended with linseed oil, and mixed using water or eco-friendly, plant-based solvents. All tools are cleaned with pure olive oil soap – nothing more.

PACAYA offers commission-based paintings – tailored to your story, your emotion, your vision. Together, we create a piece that is fully yours: a painting shaped by your ideas, but brought to life in my artistic language.
You don’t need to have a perfect concept – just the wish to see something real and meaningful emerge from it. We'll walk through the process step by step:
from the first sketches, to refining composition and mood, to the finished painting, safely packed and shipped to you.
Every stage is done with care, clarity, and collaboration.

Reproduction

Interested in an artwork, but can’t find your favourite in my catalogue?
No problem – I also offer hand-painted reproductions of selected works, created on request and in the size of your choice. Each reproduction is painted anew, with the same attention to detail, colour balance and emotion as the original.
It’s not a print – it’s still an original PACAYA, just for you.
